Do you have a showroom?
Not at the moment. However, we are planning to in the future so watch this space.
-
Will I have to pay you for the design of my new bathroom?
The answer to this is a simple no. We don’t ask for any kind of payment for creating the new design of your bathroom. Our design & quoting services are complimentary.

We both work. Can you come in the evenings?
Most of our surveys are done in the evenings, seeing our clients after they have finished work.
We work around you.
-
How long will the survey take?
It generally takes about 30 minutes to measure your room and discuss your options and what you would like.
-
Will it be a hard sell?
Don’t worry, that won’t happen here! We love to point out that we’re tradesmen and NOT salesmen.
Our reputation has been built on being straight talking and trustworthy. At no point will you be put under pressure to get your chequebook out!
The survey is more of a fact-finding mission!
-
We’re not sure what we want?
That’s ok, that’s why we do the free survey.
We will listen to what you want, how you want to use the space, what colours and finishes you want etc. We will then explain what options you have so you understand what can be achieved!
-
We’re not sure about the designs you sent?
That’s ok, we don’t always get it right first time! But with our experience we can justify any design and explain the pros and cons of each options, and we can always come up with alternatives.
Remember there is no right or wrong in design, but there is good and bad design. Also we have to take in to consideration how complex the design would be to achieve. Obviously some designs are more difficult to create than others, which will reflect on your budget.
-
Is the bathroom equipment good quality?
We only supply and install branded products for two reasons.
- Any company that puts their names to a product is confident about its quality. They stand the test of time and are made to higher standard, using better materials.
- Branded products carry brilliant guarantees and have great after sales. Also spare parts are readily available.
-
How long will it take to fit a whole bathroom?
Due to every bathroom needing different skills, we advise you of this once we know the size and design of the bathroom and what works need to be done to achieve this.
We always aim to conduct jobs within the minimum time possible so that we don’t disrupt your home for too long and so that we can be sure you are happy with the end result.
-
Can I use the bathroom whilst you work on it?
We will always reconnect the toilet when we leave, or overnight, so that you can use it. This is especially useful if you only have one wc. However we cannot always guarantee you will be able to shower or bath – the area will be dusty and not a desirable place to wash until we’re near to completion!
-
Do you guarantee your work?
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year and in the event of a problem occurring during the guarantee period due to an error in fitting, it will be fully rectified free of charge. If the problem is due to faulty equipment or materials the equipment or materials at fault will be replaced under the manufacturers guarantee.
-
Do I have to take days off work whilst you carry out the works?
No, you don’t have to take days off while the refurbishment is taking place. Consultation via the telephone or e-mail or even in the evenings will help us to make sure that all details are sorted. We always keep your home clean and tidy.
-
How does your payment structure work?
We generally take a deposit before starting the project and as the work progresses and we achieve each milestone, we accept a payment.
Part of our ethos is to build good relationships with clients and ensure the job reaches completion on time and on budget.
-
How do you estimate the cost of a project?
We work out how many days the project will take, this is the labour price.
The material content is worked out given our experience, and knowledge of what materials are required to complete each job.
The equipment price is based on what equipment has been specified at the design stage.
